 “Bay Colony Capital”/“BayColonyAdvisors” is the trade name for Bay Colony Capital, LLC and our subsidiaries and affiliates and all designations that comprise, include, or incorporate the term “Bay Colony Capital” in any format and service marks are owned by BCC, and all our rights are reserved. Trademarks, service marks, company names and logos appearing on this Site that are not the property of BCC are the property of their respective owners.

III. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

 You acknowledge that this Site is the copyrighted property of BCC, and you further acknowledge that it may contain information, data, software, photographs, graphs, videos, typefaces, graphics, music, sounds, and other material (collectively "Content") that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media, modes of distribution, and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed. VI. PRIVACY POLICY

BCC may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that BCC, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another person, BCC, or its affiliates, managing directors, partners, employees or other representatives.

X. GENERAL

This Site is controlled and operated by BCC from its offices in Pittsford, New York. These terms and conditions will be construed in accordance with the laws of New York with reference to any conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising by virtue of your use of this Site will be resolved exclusively by, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of, the state and federal courts in Rochester, New York.

 Use of this Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions. If any part of these terms and conditions are determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the original provision and the remainder of these terms and conditions will continue in full effect. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and BCC with respect to this Site.
